ABS Gym

Founded in 2020 by Stuart Brown and Jack Cookson, ABS Personal Training was created with the idea of bringing commercial-grade training to a fully privatised level. Formerly based in the Norfolk countryside at the decommisioned RAF West Raynham Airbase we had converted what were originally RAF personnel vehicle maintenance units into our two state-of-the-art studios’.

In 2022, our Studio was moved to Fakenham to allow better access and further reach for our clientele. In December of 2022 the ABS brand grew with the Founding of ABS Fitness, this was the perfect addition to our offerings for our clients. Innkeeping with ABS’s core principals ABS Fitness gave a fun and active way of keeping fit to class lovers.

Meanwhile, Stuart and Jack had been discussing another potential expansion in the form of a Walk-In gym. This had been somewhat of a background thought since the early days in 2020. However, in January in 2023 Stuart and Jack found a unit in Fakenham that would be ideal for the Walk-In gym expansion … and it was right next door to their PT Studio. After a few discussions and a lot of planning ABS Gym was founded in March of 2023.

At ABS Gym we pride ourselves on giving our clients the experience they wish to have. Now, with a Walk-in gym, PT Studio and Class studio we can truly do that.

We understand that as of recent gyms can at times seem a rather daunting place to anyone entering, whether they are an avid gym-goer or a novice. For this reason, we will make sure that our clients feel safe and welcomed into the ABS Gym family. Our door is always open to any questions and concerns our clients may have, no matter how big or small.
