How To Freeze / Pause Your Membership

If you would like to freeze your membership please email office@absgym.co.uk from the email address linked to your account requesting to freeze your membership, please include your full name in this email and the full name of anyone else associated to this membership. The lead member of the membership will need to contact us in order for us to process the cancelation.

Please be aware that there is a 1 week freeze policy (5 working days). Whilst we will always try our best to freeze your membership and payment before the next date, if you request to freeze your membership less than 1 week (5 working days) before your next payment date, we cannot guarantee that your Direct Debit will be stopped before your next payment date and you may be charged.

Freezes can be actioned for a minimum period of 1 month and a maximum period of 6 months.
