
How To Freeze / Pause Your Membership
Freezes can be actioned for a minimum period of 1 month and a maximum period of 6 months.
If you would like to freeze your membership please email office@absgym.co.uk from the email address linked to your account requesting to freeze your membership, please include your full name in this email and the full name of anyone else associated to this membership. The lead member of the membership will need to contact us in order for us to process the cancelation.
Please include the following information in the email:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Membership Number
- Unfreeze date (if known)
Please be aware that there is a 1 week freeze policy (5 working days). If you request to freeze your membership less than 1 week (5 working days) before your next payment date, we cannot freeze your Direct Debit before your next payment date and you may be charged.
Please do not cancel your direct debit with your bank should you wish for us to freeze your account. If a direct debit is cancelled, we will be unable to set the payment to be taken again in the future and therefore cannot unfreeze the membership and instead it may be cancelled.
