How To Cancel Your Membership
If you would like to cancel your membership please email office@absgym.co.uk from the email address linked to your account requesting to cancel your membership. The lead member of the membership will need to contact us in order for us to process the cancellation.
Please include the following information in the email:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Membership Number
Your membership number can be found on the "Tap to Scan In" tile before pressing it within the Clubright app.
Please be aware that there is a 1 week cancelation policy (5 working days). If you request to cancel your membership less than 1 week (5 working days) before your next payment date, we cannot cancel your Direct Debit before your next payment date and you may be charged.
