How To Cancel Your Membership
If you would like to cancel your membership please email fakenham@absgym.co.uk from the email address linked to your account requesting to cancel your membership. The lead member of the membership will need to contact us in order for us to process the cancellation.
Please include the following information in the email:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Membership Number
Your membership number can be found on the "Tap to Scan In" tile before pressing it within the Clubright app.
Please be aware that there is a 1 week cancellation policy (5 full working days). If you request to cancel your membership less than 1 week (5 full working days) before your next payment date, we cannot cancel your Direct Debit before your next payment date and you may be charged.
Last Requests For Upcoming Payment Dates
October 1st '26 - Email must be received before 5pm on Wednesday 23rd September '26
November 1st '26 - Email must be received before 5pm on Friday 23rd October '26
December 1st '26 - Email must be received before 5pm on Monday 23rd November '26
January 1st '27 - Email must be received before 5pm on Tuesday 22nd December '26
For payment dates on 9th, 17th or 24th any emails must be received 5 full working days before these dates.
